The purpose of this
letter is to commend three of your staff members: Robin, Cheryl and
especially Kathy. These women have demonstrated to my family
and me the true compassion, caring and concern they have for the
residents at the Highlander.
Last Saturday, they handled a situation involving my mother.
Showing their compassion and obvious affection for Mom and keeping
her best interest at heart, they saved my mother from total
embarrassment and disappointment. I feel confident in saying
that if they had not interceded on her behalf, we would now be
looking for alternate housing for her.
Three cheers for the three
outstanding employees!!
